Job description
As the Customer Success Manager, you are at the pivotal position to ensure full engagement of our customers with our software solutions.
Working within our
Operations Team, you are the link to our external stakeholders: from upper management of our customers and partners to people relying on our solution on remote locations all over the world.
You cultivate long-lasting relationships and partnerships with our customers and vendors which drive technological and operational advancements in our field and that are based on trust and mutual benefit. This involves actively seeking opportunities for collaboration and expansion, while serving as a trusted advisor to partners. You also provide support, guidance, and solutions to address evolving needs and challenges.
You have experience in evaluating potential usages based on their alignment with our technological solutions. You understand the unique needs, goals, and expectations of each entity within the oil and gas sector and respective supply chain dynamics. You manage our external training and onboarding partners by providing them with guidance and structure as well as co-developing training and onboarding material. Our customers and partners rely on you to be fully aware of the usage of our solution.
Managing the communication and collaboration is at the core of this role. As a key player within our Operations Team, you work with:
- Implementation and training partners and oil rigs, monitoring performance and ensuring full understanding and correct usage of our solutions. You understand technical specifications related to oil rigs, drilling equipment, and associated technologies. You engage with engineers and technical experts.
- Project management, to ensure that the crew and user onboarding with the technical installation are smooth, pleasant and successful, setting the tone for the adoption of our solutions.
- Support team, to detect the customer support needs that were not anticipated/prevented by the training and onboarding, so that we can improve them for the next time.
Qualifications
Honestly, we don't even need to spell out this role for you. You live it and breathe it. You are someone who gets a kick out of driving important changes. Someone who leaves a mark!
Additionally, you:
- Are a resident of The Netherlands and have a permanent work permit (we do not sponsor visas nor relocations).
- Have a Master's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in customer success, partner manager, support or a related role in the offshore and/or energy sectors.
- Have exceptional English communication, collaboration, negotiation and people skills, adept at conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Are proficient in project management tools and CRM systems.
- And it would be great if you have experience in a fast-growing scale-up international environment.
