Your responsibilities will include:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes and ensure code changes are automatically tested and deployed in a controlled manner.
- Use tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to define and manage infrastructure as code and automate the provisioning and management of infrastructure.
- Implement and manage monitoring tools to ensure system health and performance and set up logging and alerting mechanisms for quick incident detection and response.
- Manage and maintain server and environment configurations using tools such as Puppet, Chef, or Ansible and ensure consistency and reliability across different environments.
- Manage cloud infrastructure and services in our Azure tenant and optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and performance.
- Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to foster a culture of collaboration and ensure alignment on processes, goals, and tools among all stakeholders.
- Implement security best practices in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and deployment processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

- Respond to and resolve infrastructure, deployment, or application performance incidents and participate in on-call rotations for 24/7 support when necessary.
- Document processes, tools, and systems for future reference and share knowledge and best practices with team members.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage DevOps tools, including version control systems, CI servers, and containerization tools.

- Have Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Have 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or similar role
- Have strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Bash), experience in Python or C#, and with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Pipelines), as well as with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, ARM)
- Are familiar with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and have knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure) and networking and security principles.
- Have exceptional English communication and people skills; you are adept at conveying complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
And it would be great if you have experience in a fast-growing scale-up international environment.
This is what you get from us- A chance to be part of an amazing international and fast-growing team.
- A flexible work environment; at our growing office in Rijswijk or from home.
