Job description

Just like constructing the perfect masterpiece, every brick—or in this case, every financial insight—matters! As our Business Controller, you’ll be at the heart of shaping our financial strategies, assembling data into actionable intelligence, and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial structure. Your mission? To help us optimize revenue streams, improve cost efficiencies, and fuel our rapid growth!

What’s in Your Toolbox?

Create powerful dashboards using Power BI and other tools, making financial data easy to visualize and understand.
Forecast and budget like a pro, keeping everything on track with bi-weekly check-ins.
Analyze cash flow and working capital to ensure our business is always running at full speed.
Challenge assumptions and build strong financial strategies that keep us ahead of the curve.
Construct financial models and provide data-driven proof points for better decision-making.
Ensure we don’t miss any of our revenue, including one off implementations and ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue).
Help define and execute pricing strategies that make sense for the business.
Drive process improvements to make our finance function as efficient as a well-built LEGO set!

Qualifications

Must-Have ‘s:

15+ years of experience in finance or business control
Expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis.
Advanced skills in Excel (Power BI a pre, or similar tools).
Ability to challenge and improve financial assumptions and strategies.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven experience in building and managing financial models.
Ability to turn raw financial data into clear, actionable insights.
A problem-solving mindset that optimizes costs and improves efficiency
Senior level of experience, with an ability to plug in a fast-growing or scale-up environment.

Nice-to-Have:

Knowledge of subscription-based business models.
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
A solid understanding of pricing strategies and sales operations.
