Why this Role Matters
As Account Executive, you will lead the growth of our Red Zone Manager platform, an AI-powered safety solution that helps offshore and energy clients prevent accidents and improve operational resilience. Your work directly transforms industrial data into life-saving decisions and accelerates digital transformation in high-hazard environments.
What You'll Achieve
  • Own and drive complex enterprise SaaS sales cycles from prospecting through close, typically within 2–12 months.
  • Build strategic relationships with senior industry leaders, becoming a trusted partner in their safety and efficiency goals.
  • Present consultative solutions tailored to client challenges, directly impacting safety standards worldwide.
  • Enhance Helin’s market presence by representing us at global industry conferences and events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Provide crucial customer insights influencing product innovation and company growth strategies.
What You Bring
  • Proven track record in enterprise B2B sales, successfully closing complex deals.
  • Exceptional skill managing multi-stakeholder relationships and navigating long sales cycles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities that build lasting partnerships.
  • Adaptability and ownership mindset to excel in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
Nice to Have
  • Experience or strong interest in Oil & Gas, industrial safety, offshore, maritime, or energy sectors.
  • Prior success in scaling technology environments or high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Familiarity with edge computing, video analytics, or proven SaaS sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC).
