Job description
As a Project Manager at Helin, you will be the key link between our offshore clients in the energy industries and our internal teams, including engineering, sales, and suppliers. Your role is to ensure seamless project execution in edge and cloud data analytics for remote and mobile operations. Managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will be responsible for meeting stakeholder expectations while adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
To succeed in this role, you should thrive in a high-tech, innovative environment and have a solid understanding of the energy and offshore sectors. The role requires occasional travel to client locations.
Key responsibilities: - Oversee and drive multiple technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Maintain comprehensive oversight of project tasks, deadlines, and budgets.
- Ensure successful delivery of pioneering solutions in edge and cloud data analytics.
- Work closely with internal teams, including developers, field engineers, and sales.
- Optimize project processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide clear and concise project reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
You are a highly organized, self-driven individual who thrives on managing complex projects. You have a strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can successfully oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Must-Haves:- Minimum 5 years+ of hands-on project management experience, managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously in the offshore, energy, or marine sectors (oil & gas or renewables).
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree (engineering or a related technical field a pre, but not a must).
- Resident of The Netherlands
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.
- Experience in software development, data analytics, or electrical & instrumentation (E&I) projects is highly needed – we deal with technical projects.
- Prior experience in a fast-growing scale-up and international environment is a plus.
