As our Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first spark in that journey. You’ll connect with asset managers, grid operators, and maritime leads. You’ll reach out with purpose, qualify with curiosity, and book meetings that actually matter.

Job description
  • Identify and research high-potential prospects in our core markets (renewable energy and maritime) 
  • Launch multitouch outbound sequences via email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify both inbound and outbound leads and conduct discovery calls using the SPICED framework
  • Book qualified meetings and ensure smooth handover to Account Executives
  • Log outreach activities and lead data accurately in HubSpot
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and lead quality
  • Share outreach insights with sales leadership to refine strategies
  • Track key metrics and run experiments to boost conversion
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in a B2B SaaS SDR / BDR role 
  • Strong communication and active listening skills 
  • Curious, structured, and self-motivated – you like to figure things out 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools 
  • A commercial mindset – you're not just chasing leads, you’re thinking about pipeline quality 
  • Bonus: interest in energy, industrial IoT, or platform technology
