Why this Role Matters

As Project Manager, you will lead offshore Red Zone safety improvement projects that combine electrical systems, industrial automation, and software deployment in high-risk environments. Your work directly supports Helin’s mission to improve safety and operational efficiency for offshore and energy customers.

What You'll Achieve

• Lead Red Zone safety projects from kick-off to commissioning across offshore sites
• Align scope, resources, and timelines with hardware, software, and engineering teams
• Act as the primary customer contact, building trust and managing expectations
• Coordinate offshore deployment and commissioning activities with full safety compliance
• Translate customer needs into technical deliverables and contribute to solution design
• Manage risks, budgets, documentation, and project reporting
• Drive continuous improvement by feeding learnings into Helin’s delivery process
• Travel offshore and to customer sites as needed

What You Bring

• Technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, industrial automation, or equivalent experience
• Proven track record delivering technical or hardware projects in offshore or industrial settings
• Project management certification (Prince2, PMP, or IPMA preferred)
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills in complex environments
• Fluency in English

• Technical knowledge of electrical systems, sensors, PLCs, and industrial networks
• Experience with software or data platform implementation projects

• Offshore HSE certifications or willingness to obtain before deployment

• Location: Hybrid, 3 days/week in Rijswijk
