Why this Role Matters

As a Presales Consultant, you will make Helin’s mission tangible for customers by translating complex technology into solutions that improve safety, reduce downtime, and optimize energy operations. You ensure that prospects experience the real-world value of our platform before making key investment decisions.

What You'll Achieve

• Reduce customer onboarding time significantly through tailored workshops and training
• Deliver compelling demos that drive solution adoption across enterprise accounts per quarter
• Build scalable data pipelines integrating sensor and logistics data, working closely with solution architects
• Lead technical discovery sessions with client engineering teams to scope mission-critical use cases
• Present solution roadmaps to executives, aligning data capabilities with strategic goals
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine platform features based on field feedback
• Support sales strategy by qualifying technical requirements and validating feasibility of proposed solutions
• Represent Helin at industry events as a subject-matter expert in industrial analytics and IoT

What You Bring

• 5+years experience in technical presales or solutions engineering in energy or industrial domains
• Strong hands-on skills in data integration, cloud services, and enterprise systems
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineers and executives
• Experience leading client engagements and delivering impactful presentations
• This role is inherently client-facing and will involve regular travel to domestic and potentially international customer locations.

Nice to Have

Nice to have means not required—please apply even if you don't meet all items: 

• Familiarity with OSIsoft / Aveva PI System or similar industrial data platforms
• Experience with cybersecurity in enterprise environments
• Prior work with Vision AI or video analytics in industrial contexts
• Background in marine or offshore operations
• Knowledge of IT/OT integration challenges in energy systems
• Proficiency in Python or SQL for prototyping and data analysis
