Senior Account Executive - Helin platform

Permanent employee, Full-time · Rijswijk, Hybrid

About Helin
Modern industrial operations rely on a complex network of systems such as sensors, cameras, automation, and asset data. These systems often remain siloed. The result is that teams stitch together insights only after something goes wrong.

Helin exists to change that.

We are building the Helin Platform. A secure, edge to cloud data platform that brings together people, machines, video, and sensor data into one unified, real time operational view. Across vessels, rigs, wind farms, and other remote sites, we give operators, engineers, and service providers situational awareness before incidents happen, not after.

Our platform enables:
  • Edge native observability. Process, visualize, and act on data locally, even when offline
  • AI on the edge. Deploy machine learning models directly to vessels or field sites for real-time anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and safety monitoring.
  • Sensor and video fusion. Integrate CCTV, telemetry, and equipment behaviour into one context rich view.
  • Fleet wide scalability. Centrally manage applications, dashboards, and updates across the entire asset base.
  • Operational intelligence. Transform fragmented data into insights that support faster and better decisions.
Helin transforms disconnected systems into a single source of operational truth. This helps industrial teams move from reactive firefighting to proactive control.

This is not a point solution.

This is the unifying layer that makes industrial data actionable at scale.
Why this Role Matters
Helin is moving from proven use cases to platform-led growth.

As senior account executive, you own how the Helin platform is positioned, sold and expanded across customers with remote and distributed assets. Think offshore operations, vessels, wind farms and large industrial fleets.

These customers deal with:
  • Safety risk and regulatory pressure
  • Downtime that costs millions
  • Fragmented legacy systems
  • Growing expectations around visibility and control
Your job is to turn that reality into clear commercial value.
You help customers move from reactive operations to predictive, controlled and measurable outcomes.
This role is about ownership. Territory, deals, strategy, and execution.
What You'll Achieve
  • Own the full sales cycle from qualification, outreach, discovery to agreement
  • Build clear account strategies for priority segments and territories
  • Identify high-value operational use cases across sensors, video, edge AI and data workflows
  • Create strong business cases that show measurable safety, uptime, or energy improvements
  • Guide clients through platform adoption with product, engineering, and delivery teams
  • Navigate cross-functional stakeholders across operations, IT, digital, and compliance
  • Drive expansion after first deployment
  • Represent customer needs to product and influence long-term roadmap decisions
What You Bring
  • Proven experience selling complex solutions into large organisations
  • Comfort operating in long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, outcome-driven language
  • Strong planning discipline. You think in accounts, not individual deals.
  • High ownership. You follow through, push decisions forward and close.
  • Experience in multi-threading large enterprise accounts and developing influence across diverse stakeholder groups to accelerate the sales cycle

If you meet most but not all requirements, we still encourage you to apply.
