As Helin Data grows, we need someone who can attract top talent across engineering, sales, and operations. You'll partner directly with leadership to build our team, design hiring processes that respect candidate time, and ensure every new hire succeeds long-term.
What You'll Achieve
  • Manage concurrent searches from intake to offer acceptance across engineering, sales, and operations
  • Partner directly with leadership to build precise role profiles
  • Write vacancy copy that attracts passive candidates in competitive markets
  • Design structured interview processes and train hiring managers on quality assessment
  • Ensure every new hire succeeds long-term
  • Negotiate offers and handle compensation conversations, including counteroffers
  • Optimize Personio ATS workflows and provide product feedback to improve efficiency
  • Challenge executives when requirements are unrealistic and provide market intelligence
  • Train hiring managers on structured interviewing and bias reduction
  • Deliver data-driven insights: compensation benchmarks, time-to-fill analysis, source effectiveness
  • Provide world-class candidate experience
What You Bring
  • 5+ years managing concurrent searches across multiple disciplines (engineering, commercial, and operations)
  • Proven stakeholder management: extracting requirements from leadership, building trusted advisor relationships
  • Track record of strong offer acceptance rates
  • Experience designing structured interview processes and training hiring managers
  • Quick learner who can absorb new technical domains (edge computing, IoT, industrial AI, B2B SaaS)
  • Experience managing open roles simultaneously across engineering and sales functions
  • Built interview training programs for hiring managers
  • Hired technical roles despite non-technical background

Additional Information
  • Location: Hybrid days per week in Rijswijk office (Netherlands)
  • Reporting: You'll report to the Head of People and work closely with leadership
  • Support: Shared coordinator for interview scheduling and candidate communication
