Strong partner relationships and well-executed joint go-to-market strategies directly impact our ability to expand in key industries and geographies.

This is a strategic, growth-focused commercial role. You will lead and grow Helin’s partner ecosystem by managing value-added resellers and OEM channels, building and nurturing strategic technology alliances (e.g., Cognite, Microsoft, Aveva), and strengthening relationships with key implementation partners such as Capgemini and Red Zone parties.

You will be instrumental in increasing partner-driven revenue, driving joint go-to-market strategies, and enhancing partner engagement across the full lifecycle. Your work will ensure that our partnerships are not only active, but structured, scalable, and aligned with Helin’s long-term commercial objectives.
What You'll Achieve
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to drive revenue through 3rd-party resellers, VARs, and OEM partners, including setting partner targets, defining KPI frameworks, and monitoring performance to optimize outcomes.

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, enable, and support partners aligned with Helin’s growth objectives, delivering ongoing training, performance tracking, and positioning strategies to ensure partner success and satisfaction.

  • Manage strategic technology alliances (e.g., Cognite, Microsoft, Aveva) by acting as the primary business contact for senior stakeholders, driving alignment on joint business plans, co-selling opportunities, incentives, and co-innovation initiatives.

  • Build and nurture relationships with implementation partners (e.g., Capgemini, Red Zone, etc.), liaising with Helin’s delivery teams to resolve escalations, streamline collaboration, and ensure high-quality delivery and customer success.

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to execute integrated partner-centric strategies, coordinate joint marketing and enablement activities, and represent Helin at industry events and partner engagements.

  • Provide regular reporting on partner pipeline, performance, revenue attainment, and risk areas to senior leadership, while continuously improving channel processes, incentives, and enablement approaches to increase partner success and scalability.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field  
  • 5+ years’ experience in channel, partner, or alliance management - preferably in technology or enterprise software.  
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic partner relationships across multiple partner types (resellers, technology partners, system integrators). 
  • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and business development skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with comfort engaging senior stakeholders. 
  • Experience working with CRM and PRM tools to manage pipelines, performance, and partner communications.

  • Familiarity with technology partnerships ecosystems (hyperscalers, ISVs, SI partners). 
  • Track record of driving measurable outcomes through partner-led revenue. 
Additional Information
  • Location: Rijswijk, Netherlands (hybrid: 3 days in office per week)
  • Compensation: Base salary, pension plan, SARs plan, and benefits to be discussed during the interview process.
  • Learning budget: €3,000 annual budget for courses, conferences, and training.
  • Work authorization in Netherlands required. Visa sponsorship available.
  • Benefits: 24 holiday days + 2 weeks remote flexibility, travel allowance (NS Business Card or kilometer reimbursement), daily catered lunch, Friday food delivery.
