About Helin
We help industrial operators make faster, safer decisions by turning scattered data into clear insights. Our platform lets companies collect, connect, and act on operational data in one place, solving challenges that used to require switching between dozens of disconnected systems.
We serve maritime, offshore, and energy sectors, where reliable data directly impacts crew safety and uptime. Operations generate massive sensor, camera, and equipment data, but it often sits in silos. Our platform brings everything into one unified, real-time view that works in harsh, disconnected environments like offshore rigs, vessels, and remote sites.
We work with industry leaders like Boskalis and BP. Our Red Zone Manager uses vision AI to monitor hazardous areas and improve crew safety, while our platform enables customers to build their own AI applications on top of their data. We're a team of 80+ professionals from 35+ nationalities in Rijswijk.
Why this Role Matters
As Helin scales, our partner ecosystem must scale with us. Value-added resellers, OEM channels, and strategic technology alliances are critical drivers of market reach and revenue growth. Strong partner relationships and well-executed joint go-to-market strategies directly impact our ability to expand in key industries and geographies.
This is a strategic, growth-focused commercial role. You will lead and grow Helin’s partner ecosystem by managing value-added resellers and OEM channels, building and nurturing strategic technology alliances (e.g., Cognite, Microsoft, Aveva), and strengthening relationships with key implementation partners such as Capgemini and Red Zone parties.
You will be instrumental in increasing partner-driven revenue, driving joint go-to-market strategies, and enhancing partner engagement across the full lifecycle. Your work will ensure that our partnerships are not only active, but structured, scalable, and aligned with Helin’s long-term commercial objectives.
